The Grass is always greener
Danish, Austrian and Portuguese Contemporary Artists
From 5 Jun to 21 Sep 2014
CAM
Curator: Luísa Santos
Taking a metaphor of three small European countries with larger
neighbours as its starting point, this exhibition touches on ambivalent
questions such as appearing and being; desiring and seeking a
different, seemingly bigger and better, reality; and returning to
one’s
comfort zone. From Here It Looks Like a Mountain includes work by AVPD, Ann Louise Overgaard Andersen, Claudia Larcher, Dalila
Gonçalves, Gregor Graf, Jeppe Hein, Katharina Lackner, Miguel Palma, Nuno Cera, and Tove Storch.
